What is the Moira Showing Association?

The Moira Showing Association, or MSA for short, is our official horse registry system designed to track and manage all horses on the server. Registered horse’s have their identifying information, pedigree, show record, etc. documented on their registration page. It’s required to register your horse with us to compete or breed.

Points/Show Record Information

</aside>

Prior to breeding your horse, you must obtain a certain amount of points to breed them. Points are earned by placing at least 1-6th in any show as well as by training them. Currently, your horse must obtain a minimum of 100 points to obtain the “Notable (I)” title to breed.

Points can be transferred between horses as long as the points are being taken from an infertile mare or gelding. Points from stats do not apply, only show points are transferable.

Titles

All foals will inherit the title of their parents. If two differently titled horses are bred, the foal will inherit the lowest title. The foal will need the normal amount of points to gain the next title(s).

Changing Your Horses Discipline

To change your horse’s discipline, fill out a change form at /warp MSA. Keep in mind the horse’s affinity will be reset when doing this. The horse will not lose affinity stat points if it was maxed, and it will not gain any if it is maxed again after resetting the level.
